Shipping policy

Order Processing
It is our goal that all orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days of payment. Additional processing time may be needed around major holidays or during sales. Once an order is placed, we may be able to accommodate an order change. Please inquire within the first 12 hours after order confirmation to sales@colliecreekcandles.com.

Shipping
Expedited shipping is an option only to addresses with the contiguous United States at this time. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii - please inquire at sales@colliecreekcandles.com before placing your order on timing and availability of quicker shipping methods.

Currently, we offer free shipping on all orders that meet or exceed $75.00 USD to addresses within the contiguous United States only. Free shipping offers will only be extended to addresses within the contiguous United States.

During periods of hot weather (typically in the Summer months) we may limit the days of the week that we ship packages with the intent to avoid extreme temperatures affecting our products.
When the shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.

Once your package is shipped, transit timing and final delivery is beyond our control. Due to the hand made nature of our products once a package is marked as delivered, we may be unable to replace missing or stolen packages with the same exact product at this time. Should your package be missing or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping agent. The carrier will most likely need you to file a claim with them. We are happy to provide tracking information to help you process your claim. But unfortunately, we are unable to do anything on our end after a package is marked as delivered.

International Orders *Currently Suspended Due to Tariffs
Currently, we are offering international shipping to select countries only. (Canada, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Germany and Ireland - more countries could be added eventually). Please inquire if you want to have your country added to this list.

We do not currently collect import duty, or international taxes of any kind. Buyer is responsible for remitting any duty, taxes or tariff to their respective tax authority. Collie Creek Candles, LLC will not collect or remit on your behalf.

Material Uniformity
We manufacture hand made products, using sustainably sourced or natural materials when possible. Variations in natural products are to be expected. While we make every effort to provide uniformity in each type of product, variations can happen. Each item is inspected for quality control before it leaves our hands. Variations that will not be considered a defect or damaged include:

- "Wet spots": when candles undergo changes in temperature, areas of slight jar adhesion separation may occur. This is very natural and will not affect the performance of your candle.

- Variations in wax color - we purposely don't add additives to our wax products. Wax melts and candles may take on the color of their fragrance oil and have slight differences between scents. While some products will be closer to white, some can take on a yellow-ish hue - this is not a defect, however we won't let any product ship without review for quality control.

- Separation of oils and water used in our room sprays may occur. Follow the instructions on the bottle to shake well before using and that will remedy the separation. Our room sprays are naturally cloudy due the materials used in manufacture. Remember to follow all use tips for best results of this product.
