About Collie Creek Candles
Founded in 2022, Collie Creek Candles is a small batch, hand crafted and poured dog-themed, home aroma item creator. Candles and collies are two items you will find in our home. The name, Collie Creek, came about because we have two collie dogs and live between two creeks. The logo is actually a silhouette of our current male collie, who has very large, upright ears!
Collie Creek Candles is focused on environmental responsibility - sourcing locally and using sustainable materials and recycled shipping materials whenever feasible. We source our products with the health and safety of the pets in our own home in mind and purchase the highest-quality ingredients for the products we make. Our products are 100% human-tested. We encourage you to ask specific questions before purchasing if you have any known allergies so that we can provide more detailed information on an ingredient to ensure you have the best purchasing experience with Collie Creek Candles.
Our signature line of fragrances - called “Best in Show” are all inspired by our current and past fur-kids. Each as individual as the fragrance chosen to honor them. Look for their individual stories in their product description.
Our very first male collie was a rescue from our local animal shelter. He was truly one of a kind - so in his honor, we offer limited-run fragrance profiles called “Rescues” grab those while they are in stock!
We will offer seasonally inspired fragrances throughout the year - look for our "Pedigree Line" of scents and grab them while they're available.
The biggest reason behind starting Collie Creek Candles was after saying good bye to our beloved pets as they crossed the “rainbow bridge”, the thought of returning home to the emptiness seemed more than one could bear. Having a special candle to light in their honor is but a small way to help work through the grief.
The centerpiece of Collie Creek Candles is our recently released “Beyond the Rainbow Bridge” luxury candles. These double-wick candles come in a variety of scents in the hopes of helping you work through the grieving process of losing your beloved pet. We offer these not just for dog lovers, but for any pet lover who has has to say good bye and will be available as a direct gift - with a personalized note from you to them, included for free.
Check out our current line of room sprays, reed diffusers, wax melts and, wickless candles (long-lasting wax melts in their own container). Because candles can be dangerous when used improperly, extensive testing is needed to bring a product to market. More candles will soon be added to the line up, but not until they have passed our strict, internal process and quality control measures.
